Motherhood is the most transformational chapter in your life, beautiful and sacred, yet sometimes overwhelming and challenging. You need to rediscover your identity and regain balance in this new reality.

You know that as a mother, your mental and emotional state influences your newborn child’s development.

You are their whole world now. Hence it is crucial to feel at peace and harmony within yourself. Sometimes, however, you may face difficulties in reconnecting with your new body. Feeling the unconditional love for your child, yet struggling how to find the motivation for self-care.

This is where I would like to assist you, offering you support in the form of private post-natal yoga classes.

We will work together to restore your life balance.

Yogic postures will concentrate on:

  • Strengthening your body, in particular the pelvic floor and abdominal area
  • Boosting your energy levels and regaining your pre-birth body
  • Releasing the tension that appears in your back and shoulders from holding your baby for long periods of time

We will use meditation, breathing and other relaxation methods to help you feel rejuvenated and relaxed.

 

Individual yoga classes can be held at your home, while your child is having a nap or sleeping. You don’t have to struggle to find a nanny and pay additional costs. We can also arrange to have your sessions outdoors if that suits your needs better.

There is also the possibility to have classes through Skype.

You can start 6 weeks after a vaginal birth and 8+ weeks after a caesarean with consent from your GP if you feel up to it.

How much do you need to invest?

  • 60 min private post-natal class$70
  • 60 min semi-private post-natal class for 2 to 9 people$80
